Job Description:

Setting up files with the information of the insured client

Notifications of claims
Identification of insurance and third parties
Capturing of high volume data onto the case management system

Skills and Abilities
– Fluency in English
– Good typing skills
– Ability to work under pressure,
– Attention to detail is important.
– Must be able to use own initiative and prioritise.
– Enthusiasm and trustworthiness

Education and Experience
– Matric
– Relevant experience in the following fields:
– Administration/secretarial
– Insurance
