General Administrator -Medical Centre

Core Purpose
We are seeking an experienced administrator for our Medical Centre based in Kempton Park to handle all administrative duties by coordinating and managing activities in the clinic.

2) Key Role Outputs
a) Making sure that medical and administrative activities that promote the smooth running of the organization are carried out.
b) Document the clinic’s operations, and evaluate its level of productivity, progress, and shortcoming.
c) Works closely with the management to facilitate excellent service delivery.
d) Provide staff Support
e) Handle staff relating issues.
f) Promote productivity by making information and documents needed for execution of duties available to staff
g) Perform front desk duties such as answering telephone inquiries and relaying calls to the right department, and issuing forms to visitors to fill; send mails to clients and to relevant organizations
h) Prepare expense reports from details of purchases made and patients’ treatment records
i) Record keeping of the clinics activities.
3) Mandatory Qualifications
a) Matric.
b) Successful and proven track record of minimum 1 year administration experience.
c) MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
d) Have a clear credit and criminal record.
e) Independent and self-motivated
f) Excellent organizational skills
g) Must be well spoken, English as home language.
h) Valid driver’s license and own car.

4) Advantageous Qualifications
a) Degree/ Diploma in Administration.

5) Mandatory Experience/Exposure
a) EE or AA candidate with sound working knowledge of both HR and Finance departments
b) Must have medical services provider experience
c) Ability to multitask seamlessly
d) Must be able to work independently
e) Must manage work in a proactive fashion
f) Must be able to manage time effectively
g) Must be able to work effectively on all Microsoft packages
h) Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
i) Must be able to thrive under pressure
